A. Try to kicking into condom mode
Ability ON your estimator and equally Windows / manufacturer's Logo appears, Ability OFF - Repeat 3 times
Now your figurer will go into Avant-garde Recovery Environment
Advanced Options > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart
Printing 4 or F4 to enable Safe Mode (5 or F5 to enable Prophylactic Mode with Networking)
Log in once Windows starts in safe mode
See whether yous able to login. If aye, come out of this and start normally.

When information technology goes to 'Diagnosing your PC, if you let that go on and fail, practise yous not then get the Advanced Options button to go into the Windows Recovery Surround?
If not, you will need Windows ten Installation Media and boot from that. And so instead of Installing Windows, choose 'Repair this Calculator'
That will give you the opportunity to utilize the options listed in a higher place . . .
If y'all do not have Windows Installation Media, you will need an empty 8GB flash drive and admission to a working PC to create that:

Let us try repairing the existing OS.
On a working computer, create an Installation media of Windows x that allows you to repair existing Windows Installation.
Create a USB Flash Drive

Then open up Advanced Startup options after the computer boots from USB. Click Repair your computer at the first screen that says Install now.

Select Startup repair, allow it cease the job and see if the estimator can boot afterward.
If that doesn't help, consider doing a clean install after rescuing your files.

having the same trouble with my Dell Inspiron One, running windows ten. It keeps rebooting over and over. tried your proposition but information technology will not let me go into advanced repair. tried bear on screen, keyboard, mouse, arrows button, tab fundamental and nothing works. running dell diagnostics on it now. but I don't think it volition help any suggestions of how I tin get it to work????
